I’m so happy you took the ultimate step and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior! That for sure is the BEST decision for our lives! However sometimes our friends or family who were with us before accepting Jesus are not always so happy for us. Sometimes people want us to remain stuck in stagnation and defeat because that’s where they are. No matter how excited we are when we come to Christ, there will be times when people or the enemy will try to entice us with fleshly desires or past sins to draw us back instead of pushing us forward.

Getting the support of other Christian brothers and sisters is vital as we journey with Jesus. We need to be surrounded by people who can help us in times of weakness and frustration as we face challenges. Having a fellow Christian sister or brother who can give you wise counsel as well as, pray with and for you will help you on your journey.

Ask God to send you someone with a like mind that is willing to walk with you.
